Delivery & Shipping Charges
We ship Australia wide. On the ‘Checkout’ page, under your order there is a ‘Shipping Cost Calculator’ to enter your postcode to get an estimate of shipping costs to your area. Minimum shipping charge is $16.50. Alternately, please call our customer service team on 03 8581 8111 to obtain a price for delivery. Our office hours are open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, excluding public holidays. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and on the size of the order (some orders must be delivered by a 2 man crew). Freight Method will be determined by our warehouse.
We cannot accept online orders from New Zealand. We have a dedicated showroom based in Auckland, please contact them on +64 9525 3357 to place your order over the phone or visit the Auckland showroom in person.
Delivery Lead Times
We use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location and order size will impact on the timeframe to get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:
NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT areas between 3 and 10 business days.
Perth and Adelaide between 5 and 12 business days.
Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns) between 12 and 18 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates only; Comfortel will use its best endeavor to maintain the estimate. Unless prior arrangements have been made, delivery is to ground floor only, inside the main entrance. All goods are packaged for safe transport (including pallets in some cases) - please bear this in mind as our service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal. Some products, especially mirrors and ceramic basins are FRAGILE. It is your (the customer) responsibility to ensure that products received are not damaged. Any claims for damage to fragile items must be made with in 6 HOURS of the time of delivery. In the event that delivery is delayed or complications arise, Comfortel is not responsible or liable for any for any consequential loss or damages.
If you change your mind
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please note exchange or refunds are only processed upon receipt of goods back into our warehouse and a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your exchange or refund. Goods may only be returned in original packaging.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund excluding freight and a restocking fee of 20%. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Please enclose a copy of your tax invoice. Once we receive the returned products, and have contacted you, we will issue your refund.

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please notify us immediately on 03 8581 8111 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your web order number. A sales manager will instruct further details. Items will be inspected by our product assessment team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & re-stocking charges.
Signature on Delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.

Incorrectly sent orders
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Comfortel Furniture within 72 hours of you receiving the delivery, on 03 8581 8111 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your web order number. If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Use of the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the property of the Goods remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items .
Unless otherwise stated, Comfortel Furniture does not come pre-assembled. All our products include step by step instructions on how to assemble. Customer Service Policy
Comfortel Furniture is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Comfortel Furniture provides a 12 month warranty for products that have been purchased in Australia. This warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. If a replacement due to a warranty claim is necessary, replacement goods can be shipped to an Australian address only.

Pricing and Product Availability
We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before delivery and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Please note in the event that an item is added to the cart for a value of $0 or $1 and the order is placed, this is an error and the order will not be honoured. Comfortel Furniture reserve the right to change any information on the website at any time.
